Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

As our products are print-on-demand items made specifically for The Great Escape Festival 2026, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
